Nigeria winger Ahmed Musa sealed a 2:0 win for leaders CSKA Moscow over their relegation-threatened hosts Krylya Sovetov as the Russian Premier League resumed after a long winter break.

The Super Eagles star struck in the 72nd minute after Swedish team-mate Pontus Wernbloom had given CSKA a first half lead.

It was the ninth goal of the season for the 20-year-old AFCON star, who has been named in the Super Eagles' squad to tackle Kenya in this month's 2014 World Cup qualifier.

Victor Obinna Nsofor came on in the 79th minute for Lokomotiv Moscow in their 1-0 derby loss away to Dinamo Moscow.

Modou Sougou
Marseille has made its third signing of the transfer window by recruiting forward Modou Sougou from Romanian club CFR Cluj.

Marseille announced the signing on its website Thursday without giving contract details.

The 28-year-old Sougou has played 10 matches for Senegal, scoring once, and scored 10 league goals for Cluj last season.

He can play on either flank and strengthens Marseille's attacking options after it sold forward Loic Remy to Queens Park Rangers last week.

Marseille coach Elie Baup described Sougou as ''an attack-minded player on the flank with a different profile to the players we already have, who likes getting on the ball and especially passing.''
